claim is based on the fact that a project has team members. These team members have to be led
or rather guided by someone, and this is the leader. Therefore, this confirms that project
management is a leader-intensive undertaking. If a project was able to be done by a single
person, without the need of others, then it would not have been referred to as a leader-intensive
