How do I solve a decimal percentage?

I have several solutions that have a decimal as a percentage and I keep getting a wrong answer, I've already tried mulltipling them but they come out wrong. Here's a example answer  10.2% of 16

As I have said before:

To compute a percentage you have to convert the percent to it's decimal form and multiply.

Recall that a percent is hundredths (7% = 7/100, 3.2% = 3.2/100 = 32/1000, etc.):

10.2% of 16 =

10.2% * 16 =

0.102 * 16 = 1.632
