The study of labor relations is still relevant within today's business environments. The study is the objective results of complied information that is used to protect employee throughout the United States. The targeted objective is to reduce labor related issues regarding diversity treatment and unfair business practices.

The primary responsibility of correlated results are used to develop new national , policies, standards, and regulations of employment practice. Essentially speaking, labor relations is the use of these tools and methods to ensure fair and equitable treatment though the employment sectors including private and public entities. Labor relations are also vital to the enforcement of labor related activities in which violations shall be sanctioned.
