In todays workplace employees are from three different generations; Baby Boomers Generation X and Millennials. All three generations have strengths and weaknesses How would you form a team to take advantage of the differences in these generations

Baby boomers belong to the generation born after World war II (!943 to 1960s)

Generation X is  generation born after the Western post war baby boom (1960 to early 1980s)

Millennials  are called "Generation Y", following Generation X (from the early 1980s to the early 2000s)

Millennials are tech-savvy, but aren't great team players. Gen X-ers are entrepreneurial-thinking, but rank low on executive presence. And last, but not least, Boomers are team players and loyal, but don't adapt so well.
