Generally, the code of ethics entails behavioral conduct. It includes a statement on the
reasons for its presence and purpose in a company. Nevertheless, it comprises consequences
related to violation of the code and how violations should are handled. Language in the code of
ethics is clear and does not include phrases that are difficult to understand.
Developing a code of ethics contributes to defining the company’s ethical position on
topics such as legal compliance, conflict resolution, how the company’s activities and procedures
should be conducted. It ensures that each member within the organization clearly understands code
of ethics that govern them. The code of ethics also provides a framework that employees ought to
follow and how to respond to the gray areas of value-based ethics that are not clear.
Ethical considerations are paramount while handling system logs, Active Directories, and
reporting information in System Center 2012.
Therefore, based on research and my
