1. Audience, Context, and Email
· Read the article, “Kill the Email,”(file attached at the bottom of this page) (available at the provided link or in the Instructor Insights section. Compare the author’s take on email with your own professional/personal experience using email.
· Make a case for the importance of email in the workplace OR present an alternative form of communication that could replace email in the professional environment (be sure to provide reasons to support your claims).

- Analyze the various research methods employed in psychology to determine which research method seems the most applicable across the greatest number of situations. Explain your rationale (including the single greatest strength and weakness of the methodology you chose).

I agree with the author it is true e-mails to some extent are evil this is because of the time spent
in reading and retrieving. This time spent will have negative effects on the productivity levels of
the user. This is because this time spent would have been used to perform assigned tasks. Despite
this, an e-mail is an important tool in communication has it provides immediate responses to the
messages sent. E-mails are less costly this is because they involve no postage money only
internet connection is required. E-mails are effective in record keeping this is because inboxes
and outboxes are stored automatically.
Emails can be replaced by telephone calls because these are the most convenient and faster ways
of delivering messages. They should be of use if and only if the content that needs to be
conveyed is bulk.
"Criteria"
Criteria are standards or specifications that are used to judge something.
They function by interpreting data; this is normally done by analysis of how something has been
done.
Also, they function by drawing conclusions; this is done based on the criteria used as something
that is done according to the criteria is described to be correctly done and that done contrary is
described to be wrongly done.
