You may use examples, but you will still need to include a full scholarly definition of each, with commentary. You may use Wikipedia as a starting point, but be aware that Wikipedia is not a scholarly source and therefore can never be quoted in your paper. You will need to include inline citations in your essay (last name, date, pg#) and must cite any sources in the reference list of your essay. Evaluating Good Ethics

An article by the New York Times newspaper highlights how a senior interior official
used his position to help members of his family and broke the ethical standard. This senior
official in Washington dishonored the federal act rule by using his position to benefit his family
members by assisting an interior secretary at the workplace that oversees the national oceans and
coast (Friedman, 2020). This individual in this scenario applied theological theory by using his
position, upholding the consequence of conducting the ultimate basis for judgment of doing the
right thing under his job. But in contrast, Mr. Bernhard violates his position by choosing to
employ members of his family to the top position at work.
Bernhard used his position to promote other family members working in the business to
E.P.A officials. Mr. Bernhard used his position to improve plans that pushed his former lobby
customer to continue working as an activist after filing legal book-keeping to declare that he had
stopped. The teleological theory here is used to differ at the end of Mr. Bernhard's action to
provoke members of the family and neglect the required individual with the desired skills to
meet the job expectations (Pops, 2019). In this case, Mr. Bernhard initiated an extraordinary
effort to invest in building a culture of ethical submission that was based on the cultivation of
virtue. This manager opted to show love to his family members with the job offer but violated
federal ethics conducts at the environment protection agency.
