and state laws give overall guiding principles to the entire business world, moreover there exist
organization rules and industrial rules which give guideline to the business in the two different
perceptive, organizational law goes a long way in becoming organizational culture, while
industrial law guides the industry. Breaking of these laws is subject to punishment on different
