Introduction
Civil Order Controls are those functions that are centralized on the events and activities that are
mostly performed by the agencies of a country and not the police or the special units within the
police departments. The society has generally grown as the population continues to grow. This
has prompted people from different geographical states as well as countries to unite. Besides, this
has called several laws in every territory to ensure that people have stayed under guidance. For
maintenance of peace, there has been the implementation of the laws by these jurisdictions to
ensure the peoples’ rights are respected accordingly (Farmer, 2016). Therefore, the objective of
this paper is to analyze the strategies put in place by the US Government to deal with the civil
order control by comparing and contrasting to Saudi Arabi, England, Japan, and China.
The US uses specialized units in dealing with civil order control. It also uses the social services
agencies, which might either be publicly or privately owned. The government of the United
States has a very tactical team and unique weapons placed in different departments responsible
for enforcing the law (Farmer, 2016). This tactical team is trained in such a way that it will
perform hazardous operations. Ordinary officers cannot undertake these operations. SWAT is a
team, for instance, that used to provide security at special events as well as assisting the police in
