According to social psychologists, dispositionism which is the internal traits of an individual (eg: attitudes, personality traits) and situationism which involves immediate environmental changes can impact the behaviour of individuals. During group activities due to the situationism, the behaviour of individuals are subjected to change. Eg: when an individual behaves within a public context as in a group the self-presentation of that individual modifies ( positively or negatively). Conformity is also one of the psychological events associated with group activities. Here, the ideologies, perspectives of the individual is subjected to change due to the group’s perception. The individual changes their perceptions to be gain acceptability to a group and to be avoided in being stigmatized. Other than that normative social influence which means changes in the internal traits and accepting the group’s overall perception due to accepting the social norms or informative social influence which means admiration and acceptance of the individual towards a certain group by recognizing the ideologies of the group, the individual’s thoughts are impacted.
