Introduction
The recurring and disturbing recurrence of nasty racism has been pointed out between
law enforcement officers and people of African-American descent which has resulted in riots
caused by race and race-based contempt occur most often. When people concentrate because of
race or ethnicity, they may encounter a lot of pessimistic feelings that are not subjectively
different from the opinions achieved after the unbiased criminal attack. This paper looks at the
roles of social worker dealing with the victims of Minneapolis killing of Floyd George.
Psychological Counseling
Although most victims of hate crime adapt, there are still a few who may need additional
counseling. Mental health experts who choose to provide advice directly after victimization will
provide more enthusiastic support to personnel after a potential emergency time limit. Guidance
should be centered on criminal incidents and the results of their occurrence (Erentzen, Schuller
and Gardner, 2018). Therefore, it helps ensure that the George Floyds family can withstand the
emergency response and begin the road to full recovery.
To guarantee George Floyd's family autonomy, the social worker must accept the work of
"quiet" associates. For example, because the supreme person who chooses to relocate the house
hates the victim of racism, the social worker is often valuable in providing guidance and support
rather than finding another residence or putting pressure on the person. The last one may be
particularly tempting (but poorly adapted) to a social worker, and he is also one of the ethnic
groups of the victims.
A social worker can cause victims for materials and systems that cause misconduct, which helps
to integrate what already belongs to them into their biographies. Social workers can urge them to
consider otherworldly, legal, and philosophical expressions to help victims discover the

importance of what they want to say. These expressions ultimately enable them to overcome
their skepticism after being affected by crime. As different social workers have pointed out
elsewhere, successful adaptation includes the victim's pursuit of significance.
Social Worker as Educator
Written material about Floyd's death may benefit survivors of supreme racial crimes.
Social workers who deal with all these people can provide data describing the incidence of racist
crimes, which are carried out after everything is said, especially the unethical behavior of racial
discrimination (Erentzen, Schuller and Gardner, 2018). This can be combined with documents
that detail nasty, cruel events, in...
