described as trespass whereby an individual gets access to another person’s property without
permission or by use of force.

University Heights Apartments, the intruder is completely liable for his actions. The intruder had
no permission to access Sharon’s premises. Instead, he took it upon himself and used force to

Sharon and Darryl.
