Organizational policies are necessary to communicate the values and views on specific
issues and the consequences that may pop up if one does not follow the laid-out policies. Policies
made and implemented should promote the code of ethics even as they seek to bring change in
specific areas (Birkenmaier & Berg-Weger, 2018). JCCA works to foster a loving and nurturing
