The fitness industry has continued to create some important advancement in terms of
employing research for the improvement of areas such as bio-mechanics regarding lifting. The
same has been applicable when it comes to preventing any existing imbalances in the body by
creating connections of motion segments. The main purpose is to undertake optimization of
coordinated efforts associated with both sports and life development. As I believe, different
exercises are established to ensure that the body is well aligned to facilitate proper movements.
My understanding of contra-indicated exercises and body positions becomes crucial in initiating
the foundation of this assignment.

Contra-indicated exercises comprise of the ones that have higher levels of risks to joint
structures and soft tissues. With the risks outweighing the benefits, inappropriateness revolves
