Additionally, provide a discussion on what could have been done better to minimize the risk of failure. If you have not yet been involved with a business process redesign, research a company that has recently completed one and discuss what went wrong, what went right, and how the company could have done a better job minimizing the risk of failure.
Your paper should meet the following requirements:

Introduction
A business process redesign also abbreviated as BPR refers to the act of reinventing a
significant business process that aims to improve the quality or output of the product or lessen
the costs. Ferretti et al. (2016) describe the term business process redesign as a complete
recreation or renovation of an organization's primary business process to accomplish significant
changes in enforcement measures like ROI (return on investment), quality of service, and cost
reduction. BPR commonly involves the evaluation of the workflows of a company, finding the
procedure that is inefficient or sub-par, and trying to find a way to change them or get rid of
them (Bach et al., 2013). Two years ago, I worked with a company that was performing a
redesign on its business process. The firm was trying to find its internal identity in Houston,
USA, and establish a quick to deliver, and a sustainable process of product development. The
three principal contributing factors to the company's development process included the
researchers, engineers, and designers work.
