are in a position to device and utilize new ideas at any given time. Great Lakes Brewing
Company is an example of organizations that have a leadership style, which supports growth and
productivity. The human resource department at Great Lakes Brewing Company has a team
culture that embraces strategic tactics and effective leadership styles to deal with eternal forces
that affect the organizational structure.
Great Lakes Brewing Company is located in Cleveland, Ohio. The company is a brewery,
which also operates brewpub. Daniel and Patrick established the company in 1988 near the West
side market. Notably, the company emerged as the first to operate a microbrewery and a
brewpub in Cleveland. The business ranks 28th among the largest breweries in the United Sates.
In terms of volume, Great Lakes Brewing is among the top 20 organizations (Great Lakes
