The recruitment process adopted by a healthcare organization determines the level of
competency among employees. Competency of employees affects the company's reputation as it
determines the patient's satisfaction rate. The recruitment team for the Urgent care clinic focuses
on implementing all the guidelines set by the healthcare sector to guarantee employee
competency. The team will consider the academic qualification and professional experience in
the medical field. The selection process will use four main tools to evaluate potential employees.
The recruitment process will be done in seven stages to ensure that the selected employees are
