Introduction
Dubai is a city well known for its ultramodern architecture and luxurious shopping. It is
situated in the United Arab Emirates. One architectural structure that makes Dubai well known
includes Burj Khalifa, a tower that is about 830m –tall. The surrounding environment at the foot
of this tower is The Palm, a resort with water and marine Animal Park. It is vital to understand
this architectural design of the Burj Khalifa Tower because so that we can be eager to know the
engineer behind this fascinating structure. This context takes a case study in Dubai city and
examines an 18 Billion USD tri-city development surrounding Ras al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary
with the Dubai Creek extension. The project was founded in the year 2002 and was expected to
last for six months.

Factual situation
This case study examines a mega project which integrated industrial ecology but aimed at
incorporating the social, economic, technological, policy, among other dimensions of the city.
