The productivity paradox refers to the strange way that is normally made in the business sector
regarding the business process analysis (Bourgeois, 2019). This mostly concentrates on the effect
brought by more people and great investments done in information technology resulting in slower
work productivity than going up as expected. This type of observation has been supported by
much empirical evidence starting from 1970 up to late 1990 hence high counter-intuitive. Most
of the empirical study and views ranged from ideologies concerning inadequate measuring of
productivity stretching high to the most probable lag periods that are used in backsliding most
enterprises and sectors output.
