This is a speech paper draft. You need to complete three slides (I will provide an example). - Format: 3 PowerPoint slides with images or film clips.
- Deadline: submit to the Canvas by 3pm the day before your presentation day (i.e. present on Wednesday, submit slides to the Canvas by 3pm on Tuesday of that week),
- Length: keep the presenting time between 8-10mins and be prepared for a short Q&A session.
- Submission: all students need to upload slides (ppt or pptx) to Canvas if you choose to present during class time . Students who cannot present during class time need to use "media recordings" to submit presentation as well before the deadline.

"The Eye 2008" is a horrifying American film directed by David Moreau and Xavier
Palud and is about the life of a Los Angeles born Sydney Wells who lost her sight at the age of
five caused by accident with firecrackers. Sydney, the star character, regains her vision fifteen
years later after undergoing a successful cornea transplant assisted by her therapist, who also
turns out to be a talented violinist just like Sydney herself. There are several scenes in the film
full of convolutions and suspense hence creating uncertainties among viewers. Critical
consideration of the film reveals various aspects that any analyst will automatically reveal. In our
discussion, a number of themes, as well as literary elements, are outlined.
The plot of the film is all about what Sydney sees and her reaction towards her visions.
