BUSINESS COMMUNICATION
Introduction
Business communication is characterized as a way of exchanging information to promote
corporate's goals, activities, aims, and objectives, as well as incrementing the profits within an
organization (Guffey & Loewy, 2015). Business communication involves topics like brand
management, customer behavior, customer relationships, corporate communication, event
management, and employee engagement. It’s closely identified with technical communication and
professional communication skills. This paper mainly focuses on helping a student understand the

or she wants to achieve. For instance, what he or she wants his or her audience to do or remembers
when the presentation ends. The speaker should also have a precise notion of where he or she
wants to be.

audience assessed, the speaker will be ready to gather all the information needed and organize
them sensibly.
Organized presentation: when preparing a business, it is important that one prepares the
presentation, and translated main heading within one's outline into the slide titles and then number
