What is the basic difference between the uphill and downhill parts on a velocity graph? What is th value of the velocity that separates the uphill part of the motion from downhill part of the motion?

uphill part of the velocity is nothing but acceleration and down hill is the deceleration.

when the velocity remains constant after a gradual increase, we see that the graph will reach the summit and as deceleration starts, the graph also starts falling down.

therefore, constant velocity is at the summit or at the critical point of the graph.
