Interview process outline
The interviewing process is a systematic way of acquiring information by an individual
or a company for a designated purpose in an organization which includes writing a report,
newsletter and recruiting employees on various posts within the organization.
The interviewing process comes with significant lessons that an interviewer obtains that
are essential for the whole process. Therefore, from the interviewing process, I acquired
knowledge of how people successful prosper in their field of profession.
The process also has its cons that may affect the whole process or deter an interviewer
from achieving the information he/she needs. In the process, some of the challenges I came
across involve getting wrong answers.
The data that I collected from the whole process is very important despite experiencing
challenges. It is very friendly and helpful, and for a good reason, it is going to ensure, for
example, youths fully understand what they need to possess to achieve in the field of
entrepreneurship.

The interviewing process is a systematic way of acquiring information by an individual

qualitative research, interviewing is one of the methods of collecting data. Therefore, the data
collected normally are non-numerical and only based on opinions and experiences (Adhabi &
Anozie, 2017). The purpose of the interview for instance, on entrepreneurship (topic) such as the
management, technological changes and adaptability, branding, employability and attainment of
the objectives and goals are things that the two top investors need to shed light for youths to
learn and progress in the same field. The following are the lessons learnt, the challenges and the
