The rite was spring was written by Igor Stravinsky in 1913. It was all about pagan
pictures of Russia which showed primitive rituals that were performed during spring. The music
was unique in such a way since it portrayed Russian culture and it also sparked revolution by
involving certain negative sociology practices.
