The cultural message shapes an individual’s understanding and their experience on
sexuality which makes it difficult coming up with encompassing definition for a healthy
sexuality. It is very important understanding that sexuality is more than sex. Healthy sexuality is
considered social, physical, cultural and emotional. It is human value, feeling behavior, attitude
and interaction. Healthy sexuality is understood as having sense of empowerment and individual
