Presentation of Project Qualified Sellers List

Complete this form based on the project vendor information provided in your initial M5D1 message and the feedback from your classmates and instructor. The project qualified sellers list must have all the required details for at least five vendors. In addition, include a purchase agreement with the selected vendor. Click on the Seller Agreement or Contract [DOC, file size 26 KB] form to download it. You may refer to Figure 7-18 Sample Agreement or Contract on page 289-290 of the textbook. Do append an “Exhibit A” to the contract detailing the work specific to your term project which the seller will need to perform (see the form for more information).
Exploration of Project Quality-Control Tools
Pages 319 to 325 of the textbook describe multiple tools that can be used to monitor and control project quality. Research the textbook and other online resources to explore and analyze quality-control tools and their applicability. Select any five quality-control tools and critically explain how each of them can be utilized to aid in resolving issues. At least one quality-control tool must come from resources outside the textbook.
In addition, simulate the use of one quality-control tool in your project. Describe the scenario requiring quality control as well as how the tool was used to achieve the objective.
Length and Formatting Requirements
Adopt the following presentation style unless a template is provided for your work:

Introduction
The project entails the designing and development of a Mobitel device, a smartphone that
would be more user-friendly have an innovative design and cheaper brand in the market. The
mobile device will be 50 percent of the original Mobitel products. The new mobile phone would
be suitable for youth in the developing nation, especially in rural areas, because it would serve
the population as well as meet their obligations due to device cost-effectiveness. The device has
a lower power consumption, an aspect that makes it suitable for remotes areas in the developing
nations.
