al. (2016) define cloud computing as a provision of a model of information technology such as
software and hardware, to the clients over a network in the independence of device and selffashion manner. Cloud computing has four categories. The first type id public cloud operated by
the third-party provider, the second is the private cloud under the ownership of a single
organization. The third is the community cloud, which almost resembles the first cloud, then the
last is the combination of the private and the public cloud called the hybrid. Cloud administrators
operate as a Platform as a Service or Infrastructure (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaSand
Infrastructure as Service (IaaS).
On the other hand, a balanced scorecard is simply the management tool that describes the
existing and the probable status of the organization centered on the targeted objectives and
specific measurements. The balance score sheet encompasses beyond the measurement of the
organization to the widely used prevalent strategic management tool. A balanced scorecard is
