Education as an employee benefit has seen organizations step up. Education benefits
entail several initiatives that is tuition assistance and reimbursements among others. In the
modern society tuition assistance programs play an essential role in learning and development
strategies within an enterprise. The unemployment rates being experienced have returned at the
pre-recession levels but many employers are experiencing difficulty in finding a skilled
workforce they demand. Some of the employers’ recruit from the global spectrum or nationally
for the talent they need while other employers look within their rank. The recruitment of
