Customer Relationship Management
Introduction
Data mining is defined as a process of questioning, initially unidentified, and
potentially indispensable information from massive databases through the usage of practical
knowledge of discovery techniques. The patient information's security and privacy have
become substantial public policy anxieties. These anxieties are profoundly getting increased
interests from both the public and the government's lawmakers and controllers, media, and
health organizations worldwide. On most occasions, data mining of customer relationship
management opens up new assumption dimensions while detecting new invasion patterns and
raises poor customer relationship management problems. Due to the recent developments of
the technology systems in the current world, this has enabled more accessible collection and
processing of tremendous personal data regarding treatment, diagnosis, medications, clinical
interventions, and nursing care plan systems. The primary aim of this paper is to select and
analyze an interesting problem in healthcare that can be solved using data mining techniques.
The paper will describe the problem, the approaches, datasets to be used, the data analysis,
and the data evaluation.
