Yes because many case managers including companies have changed so much until today with its laws and regulations. It also includes on the hiring and firing process. Who is the most qualified for the job? The applicant cannot be discriminated on its race or disability etc. Case managers will help identify care options which is more economical for client and family. And will promote compliance with a treatment plan and successful outcomes.  Case management has been around for over 100 hundred years now in this country and usually they work as a health professional and work i the private sector as a nurse or a social worker.
