Cemex - Mexico Mira Cabrera Gutierrez: I invite people to register for Patriminio Hoy so they can build or remodel their homes. Israel Moreno Barcelo: CEMEX started Patrimonio Hoy as a business approach to offer housing solutions for poor people. Fernando Isarrara Cervantes: I had been trying to save money on my own until one day Patrimonio Hoy went from house to house informing us about their help. I became interested, so then I started construction. Barcelo: Through financing, through advice, through giving material in an organized way, through freezing prices, and most importantly working with them through the whole process to find solutions to their housing challenges. Cervantes: I have been doing construction little by little. I hope that by the end of the year I will have my own home. Maria Eugenia Carrillo Banderas: The benefits are so important because we have our own home and my kids have their own room after sharing a room for 19 years. Gutierrez: It's so important because your whole life improves with better housing, and we all want a better Mexico with dignified housing. Barcelo: It empowers families because now they are taking control of their own lives and destinies. Banderas: It helps people with no economic means, so it's a big benefit for us.
