Studies have shown that the United States is at the forefront in terms of technology and research.
However, death rates in the country are still high (Fineberg, 2012). The United States has not
offered universal health insurance and statistics show that more than 27 million people are
uninsured. This contributes to 8.5% of the total population. This implies that these people can
have difficulty in terms of accessing health care and this becomes a public health concern.
In America, a small percentage cannot access healthcare because of insurance issues and
