Starbucks is a is an American multinational chain of coffeehouses and roaster that serves
a broad market globally. Starbucks has managed to build its brand globally and attain a broader
customer base. The corporation can utilize disruptive marketing to increase its audience hence
increased productivity. The company continues to grow; the application of better marketing
techniques will play a significant role in its growth and expansion. Currently, Starbucks's
delivery services are limited to a small number of customers located near a Starbuck store
(Starbucks Coffee Company, n.d). Additionally, delivery is through the Starbucks App or Uber
ears. Starbucks can improve its customer service by offering more advanced delivery options to
its customers at whatever location they would like their delivery made.
Marketing Mix
Starbucks needs to implement certain changes to its food delivery service as a technique
of serving a broader market. There is a wide range of food delivery options that Starbucks can
