Patient Scenario
Malcom Williams, a 37-year-old male arrives at the out-patient department accompanied
by his wife, Chloe. Both are farmers living in Wrightwood County southern California. They
have been married for nine years and have twin boys, namely Japheth and Jameson. Chloe
reports that she has noticed immense changes in her husband for the past few months. She claims
that her husband has occasionally forgotten about plans that he had already made and has lost
regard of social customs. Mr. Williams says that he has experienced both visual and auditory
hallucinations, illusions and delusions of grandeur and feels bored and has lost interest in many
activities.
