leadership and success are in an organization. This section will also include a brief overview
of the areas to be explored in the literature review. The significance of this section is to
provide a transition from Chapter 1: Introduction to Chapter 2: Literature. Transitions are
essential in providing the reader with direction and create a flow of ideas from one section to
