Discussion........................NETWORKING: A KEY TO SUCCESSFUL TEAMWORKA. Consider the different teams presented in your reading assignment. How do the teams manage their team boundaries? What are the trade-offs between internal cohesion and external ties within each type of team? Support your discussion with at least two (2) external sources.B. Consider the list of common roles for team members which of these roles do you think you play in your own team or group? Why?Note:-Respond to at least 2 of your colleagues' postings• Ask a probing question, substantiated with additional background information, evidence or research.• Share an insight from having read your colleagues' postings, synthesizing the information to provide new perspectives.• Offer and support an alternative perspective using readings from the classroom or from your own research in the Walden Library.• Validate an idea with your own experience and additional research.• Offer and support an alternative perspective using readings from the classroom or from your own research in the Campbellsville University Library• Make suggestions based on additional evidence drawn from readings or after synthesizing multiple postings.• Expand on your colleagues' postings by providing additional insights or contrasting perspectives based on readings and evidence.Reply:1PART –AConsider the different teams presented in your reading assignment. How do the teams manage their team boundaries? What are the trade-offs between internal cohesion and external ties within each type of team? Support your discussion with at least two (2) external sources.Currently in my company, we work as part of multiple small projects with dozens of developers and Quality Assurance Engineer’s in different locations across the world with different time zones as per the respective location. In this kind of environment team formation will always be a challenge. As a manager management of team boundaries will be an important part of my roles and responsibilities and it’s important to get things right by changing the team format if it is not working out because all the teams has to be in sync with each other teams and with the team members as well in order to operate well and meet the project deadlines. There will be projects that many people want to be part of the project and there will be projects that nobody wants to part of. The difficult thing in the self-section of the teams is that the group has to find own rules, roles and responsibilities for each team member as part of team selection and as a manager we cannot just enjoy the heated discussions between team members from the sideline, you have to be sure that each team member understands how to form teams and their roles and responsibilities individually. We should also concentrate on a point that whether a person is allowed to be a member of more than one team. It is common for most of the people may not perform well when they are asked to share their time across multiple teams due to multiple reasons. This kind of situations might lead to switching the tasks between each other, conflicts of interests between the members of the team, loss of commitment, and also loss of motivation in the team. To avoid this kind of issues it’s better to try and make sure that every person is dedicated to just one team unless it is critical or unavoidable situations. People will not act as a part of team when they are not interested or when they do not know what the team is working on. The team members may occasionally assist other teams and help out with other people’s projects or take up some pending tasks as on when required, but each member should have exactly one base team or main task to focus on.PART-BConsider the list of common roles for team members which of these roles do you think you play in your own team or group? Why?Generally, there are nine types of team roles under three different categories like action-oriented roles which include shaper, implementer and completer/finisher roles, people-oriented roles which include coordinator, team worker and resource Investigator roles and thought-oriented roles which include plant, monitor-evaluator and specialist roles. Out of the above mentioned roles I would like to be Team Worker Role. Team workers are the people who ensures the team remains united in all the conditions, they work toward resolving conflict or issues between the team members that affecting the team’s performance. As a team worker I will be very supportive for other team members and are thus help the team to stay united. During the decision making discussions/meetings i won’t be taking any sides. I’ll try to be neutral and give importance to all the team members. I’ll try to fill the role of negotiators within the team and I will be flexible, diplomatic and perceptive when required during the decision making meetings. I’ll describe myself as to be popular people who are very capable in my own right but I will prioritize team cohesion and help people get along together as a team. Usually i will be very sensitive, outgoing personality and will be very happy to listen and act as the team counsellor whenever it is required. I’ll Promote and support the implementation of the new standard work process with in the team. I’ll Prepare and deliver a report out presentation to leaders & stakeholders in regular intervals.Reply 2:-For the accomplishment of any organization, a successful collaboration is an exceptionally basic and critical perspective. There are a few advantages to collaboration most critical ones being an expansion in inspiration from the different workers. Inspiration from workers' side means more accomplishment to the organization. There was an investigation as of late from Stanford University which demonstrated that there is an expansion in inspiration when there is a reasonable treatment of individuals as their own accomplices or colleagues. To build up a successful group in the association can appear as a basic and really coordinate assignment anyway it might be troublesome to execute and after that set it in motion. The associations individuals must have confidence simultaneously and understand the best results that emerge from cooperating when contrasted with working independently in this manner it is the administrators duty keeping in mind the end goal to ensure that there is a certification to eagerness. The center part to build up a powerful group is correspondence, therefore it is basic to build up the required aptitudes to impart in a successful way with each other. It is vital so as to guarantee that the workers put without hesitation their few thoughts in an open domain, yet additionally require the representatives keeping in mind the end goal to be sharp audience members and watch the perspectives of others also. On the off chance that the individual interests or objectives are thought then it is more probable for the general population as a group to effectively go to pieces. To examine the powerful lines of correspondence and checking how amass connection happens, there is a need to build up open correspondence lines and screen the dynamic collaboration of the gathering. It is a smart thought in order to compose week by week gatherings within the sight of the director and watch group connection with another, portray their accomplishments input, how group gatherings run and so on.The colleagues that are a piece of a viable group need to have the accompanying aptitudes with a specific end goal to have consistency and be fruitful:1.Openness: Willing to know each other and depict themselves too.2.Right individuals: Teamwork, keeping in mind the end goal to be effective, requires the correct blend of colleagues and the correct pioneer.3.Clear objective: Team individuals must have an unmistakable target and a pledge to the group objective.4.Effective process: Team individuals must check and guarantee group process, for example, the determination of contention and basic leadership by taking an interest effectively in them.5. Acknowledgment of different individuals: keeping in mind the end goal to influence a group to function admirably and effective, there must be an exhibition of relational abilities, which implies that they should function admirably with partners, continuing with negligible clash.

Object Oriented Design Versus Traditional Approach Essay
Object-Oriented Design versus Traditional Approach Please respond to the following:Compare the object-oriented approach to design to the traditional approach. Give your opinion on whether you believe there are certain projects where one design approach might be better that the other. If so, provide an example of one such project. If not, explain why not.Give your opinion on which approach discussed in Part 1 of this discussion you believe is easier for you to understand, and explain why.Post that you have to respond from AhmedHello EveryoneAccording to new research, in the object-oriented approach, the focus is on capturing the structure and behavior of information systems into small modules that blend both data and process. The principal purpose of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) is to enhance the quality and productivity of system analysis and design by making it more useful. The object-oriented model is advantageous in the following ways: It promotes changes in the system at a cheaper cost. It encourages the reuse of components. It simplifies the problem of combining components to configure larger systems. It simplifies the design of distributed systems (Object-Oriented Approach - Tutorialspoint, 2021).On the other hand, in structured analysis, the focus is only on processes and procedures. Modeling techniques used in it are DFD (Data Flow Diagram), Flowcharts, etc. This approach is outmoded and is not favored (Difference between Structured Analysis and Object-Oriented Analysis, 2017). The object-oriented approach to software development has a decided advantage over the traditional approach in dealing with complexity and the fact that most contemporary languages and tools are object-oriented (Iskander, 2014). "In the current setting, the object-oriented approach to systems design has an edge over the traditional systems design approach due to its versatility. Admittedly, both business and technology environments are quickly evolving nowadays, so it is optimal to produce the functionality step by step. An instance of a project that can be best illustrated using an object-oriented approach is a project associated with entering, processing, and visualizing large volumes of data. In the process of developing and implementing such a project, buyers will change their requirements basing on existing system capabilities, and object-oriented iterative development is the only relevant approach in such a case. Moreover, business needs and client requirements might vary, and the object-oriented approach allows to adjust to these changes. Moreover, this approach is also easier to understand, because the models are built based on user requirements and mirror real-world use cases" (2019).The object-oriented approach is appealing to me and easier to understand because of the fact that it can be used in the current perspective. It is always beneficial when changes can be adopted on the fly such as in the object-oriented approach. We all know that the world is moving so fast that time is actually valuable that no business wants to waste it.
