Different leaders adopt different types of leadership, varying from fairly hands-off,
participative types to authoritarian forms of micromanagement. Two of the main leadership
approaches include transformational and transactional styles (Spector, 2016). This means that
every leader adopts differentiated leadership behavior, which, in effect, is replicated in the
performance of their followers, either in an individual capacity or as a group. Transactional
leadership models are primarily involved with preserving the regular course of activities-this
approach is better characterized, keeping the systems operational. Transactional members use
organizational authority and a variety of opportunities to inspire workers to work at their highest.
With transformational leaders at the forefront, the company can strive for aggressive targets, and
with the leader’s ambition and team-building abilities, they should accomplish rapid results. This
