Mao Zedong’s Rule Over China Mao Zedong was the former Chairman of the People’s Republic of China. A lot of people called Chairman Mao which was a Chinese communist revolutionary who happened to become the founding father of the people’s republic of China. Mao was born in December26th, 1893 in Changsha Fu and died in September 9th, 1976. He was 5’11” tall. He had four wives/spouses; Jiang Qing married from 1938 till 1976, He Zizhen married from 1928 till 1937, Yang Kaihui married from1920 till 1930

With a focus on China's rule, I already understood the role that Mao Zedong played in the
People's Republic of China, especially in taking the state through the communist revolution. He
conforms to being the leader of the Chinese Communist Party to the point of his death. Also, I
had an understanding that Zedong was the chief of state, the chairman of the People's Republic
of China as from 1949 to 1959. In his lifetime, Mao Zedong had a significant contribution to
China's resurgence from being the most populous country to a state of economic development
