you are given an empty jar, mass 40g if you fill the jar with water its mass is 140g. if you pour the water out and fill it with vegetable oil the mass is 130g. what is the density of the oil?

Mass of water =100 g

Mass of vegetable volume =90 g

Volume = 100 cu cm since density of water =1

Density of vegetable oil = 90/100 =0.9 g /cu cm
