Introduction
Innovation attribution plays a significant role in explaining employees’ behavior in
innovation technology implementation. The case study identifies two kinds of employee
attributions which include; constructive and deceptive intentionality. According to Choi, Chung,
& Choi (2019), worker attribution towards constructive intentionality improves innovation
