In a circle, there are 4 quarters. The first quarter is the one with 0°-90°, (sine, cosine and tangent
are all positive). The second quarter of 91°-180°, (only sine is positive). The 3rd quarter of 181°270°, (only tangent is positive). The last quarter, only the cosine is positive.
