Summary
In school, children's healthy diet and physical exercise services promote desirable fitness
and the overall growth of the body. Health issues such as anemia for iron deficiency, bulimia,
obesity, and dental caries should be prevented, and concerns such as chronic heart failure, longterm clinical conditions (Garvin, 2019).
Policies to combat childhood obesity
Local schools have to identify nutrient needs and community-specific concerns and
collaborate with essential school and neighborhood constituents, including youth, to create the
most appropriate and applicable community-specific nutrition knowledge strategies (Garvin
2019). To achieve progress, there would also be a need for robust, concerted, and sufficient
funding from state and local education and health authorities, higher education organizations,
and national organizations.
An organized school health program that encourages a balanced diet through learning
teaching strategies and a supportive school climate is also another tool for combating obesity in
children. The school climate will affect the emotions, desires, and behaviors of students with
food. In addition, healthy preparation programs for all schools will have an integrated public
health education framework as part of a learning program that will help children improve
