Draft a functional definition of information.
Functional definition for information, I would refer to information as a set of information
needed in performing the administrative or management function. Thus, the information is used in
planning to account and managing the activities of a function. Data is sensitive to human and
organization functions. Therefore, analysis and processing of information contribute to different
functions basing on the individual or organization objectives (Editorial Office, 2020).

A functional definition of knowledge; is any piece of information that can be adapted and
applied to different circumstances. The key to this is how people acquire and group information.
