Challenges facing organizations in keeping overseas suppliers
Sweatshops are business establishments where employees work under harsh conditions
that are hazardous and are paid survival wages; many companies choose places with low wages
to not pay workers a lot of money. Most organizations face challenges in keeping overseas
suppliers due to some reasons that include; outsourcing production jobs, and this is evident in the
U.S, where wages are too high compared to rates of labor in other countries such as China and
even Mexico. They are taking advantage of this difference in salary, and they move jobs oversea,
resulting in low labor cost.
