There has been great influence on the corporate strategies in regard to the rising rate of
globalization. Companies have expatriated managers and other American employees to take
quality to the new business environments. The cases have revolutionised the planning
strategies in the human resource departments of these MNEs to great extents. The amount of
taxes collected from the local investments have gone down, with companies opting to
produce in countries where the production cost is low, such as Apple in China.
The companies have experienced new challenges in competition, and they have to strategize
on better competing strategies. This is because other companies from other countries are
