Fifty-seven years ago in 1963, Rev. Martin Luther King Jr laid out his vision for harmony between the Black and White people of the United States and the 1st March on Washington. Just a few weeks ago (August 28th, 2020) in Washington DC, Dr. King’s son, Martin Luther King III said, “We must never forget the American nightmare of racist violence exemplified when Emmett Till was murdered on this day in 1955, and the criminal justice system failed to convict his killers. ...Sixty-five years later (after Till’s murder), we still struggle for justice — demilitarizing the police, dismantling mass incarceration, and declaring as determinately as we can that Black lives matter.”

The black and white justice systems differ in numerous ways that get witnessed via the citizens'
treatment. The actions that portray biasness comes up in areas like job among the people, the
exercise of freedom, and racism based on brutality. This legal justice exercise to the people
reveals many historical events that record racism, but they do not expose the public since the
white judicial system favors the white Americans. However, these actions marking racism events
are in the academic structure for the universities/colleges.
The sanctioning of the Americans by the state's violence occurred in the previous years, and it is
yet repeating itself in the current time. This action rehappens in the scenarios where several black
Americans get shot during the voting due to racial violence decry. It inhibits the equality and
lawful justice that the government oughts to cater to its citizens (Lewi's memory). The police
