Internal customer service refers to when the organization or individuals provide customer
service to the people that they work with, helping them to do their best to serve external
customers and promote the interests of our company. In a law firm, internal client service is
where the support staff represents the lawyers. For example, it is when the lawyers turn around
and provide their support workers with customer service. One can provide excellent internal
customer service through striving to fulfill both my colleagues expressed and unexpressed needs.
