ExxonMobil Corporation represents one of the renowned or largest organizations in the
US and the world as a whole. The firm conducts business as ExxonMobil in the oil and gas
industry. The firm boasts of huge investments, capital, and related resources in the US and other
regions across the globe. Indeed, throughout the late 1800s and early 1900s, the company went
through transformations due to the passing of legislations and entry of new players in the market.
The 1970s saw two companies known as Exxon and Mobil, as well as other firms escalate oil
and gas exploration and development outside the Middle East to other regions, including the
Gulf of Mexico, the North Sea, Africa, and Asia. Irrespective of the changes that have occurred
in the organization, all leaders coordinate to ensure that the firm meets the set objectives within a
specified period, including accomplishing the needs of its customers across the globe. The
approach that the organization could consider revolved around three strategies, including cost
