Some things have to be improved or put into place in society to meet social
needs and are thus known as social innovations. These things are essential in any
community, and they include education, health, and community development, working
conditions, among others, which are all formed to broaden and enhance civil society.
Social innovation is significant as it helps resolve some of the problems that have ailed
the world for a long time. It does this by giving suitable solutions that may include
restorative justice, fair trade, mobile money transfers, zero-carbon housing, and
distance learning other innovative ways. Thus, it is crucial to look at one social
innovation project, its significance to the society or organization, and how to implement
it.

Healthcare is a fundamental component in any society; thus, innovations in the
healthcare industry aim at improving working conditions for healthcare practitioners so
