Question 1: What is the leader's responsibilities when bringing a group to an end?
Every group needs to have a leader. The leader's role at the initial stage is to bring people
with joint issues or goals together. The group is supposed to gather by sharing ideas and concepts
that will solve their problems hence attaining their purpose as an individual (Shapiro, 2016). A
group leader guides the group through all the processes from the start to the end of the group. A
group leader should communicate effectively and before the group termination. The group leader
is responsible for making a series of decisions with the other members of the group. The leader
directs the group on the tasks each member is to do to solve their issues. When the time comes to
an end, the group, the leader, should inform the group in advance and plan how to carry out the
termination process. The leader should prepare for a group's ending by talking about it with the
other group members. It is difficult for people who have been together for a while to separate the
same as a group. Therefore, the leader must ensure that all members are ready for a group
termination through counseling and mutual agreement.

An open group is the one that a new member can leave or join the group at any time. This
